Terms & Limitations
SmartFraudScanner provides automated informational estimates. It does not guarantee that a product, seller, listing, review, price, or purchase is safe, authentic, lawful, available, or suitable for you.
Automated analysis
Byte’s scores are based on incomplete and changing information. Amazon may limit access, page formats may change, reviews may be hidden or removed, and AI output can be mistaken. A “Pass” means the available evidence cleared Byte’s configured checks; it is not a warranty or certification.
Safety and compliance cautions
Safety and compliance findings are screening prompts based on visible listing text, captured reviews, and the configured reference jurisdiction. A yellow caution means an issue should be verified; it is not a legal opinion, certification decision, recall search, or finding that a product is unlawful or unsafe. Rules and standards differ by product, location, installation, and intended use.
Purchasing decisions
You are responsible for confirming current price, seller identity, specifications, compatibility, return terms, warranties, safety certifications, and legal requirements before purchasing. For safety-critical, medical, electrical, mobility, child, or regulated products, consult qualified professionals and official sources.
Affiliate relationship
Some Amazon links are paid affiliate links. SmartFraudScanner may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. Prices and availability can change after the scan.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties, and SmartFraudScanner’s operator is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on an automated score or from transactions with third parties.
